Pharmacist

ITvnue needs to contract a Pharmacist to fill online perscriptions for an online medical orders system. Responsibilities are detailed below:

Responsibilities

- Transcribe medical orders as needed
- Evaluate patient therapies for potential interactions
- Consult on dosages, medication substances etc.
- Advise on the correct administration of drugs
- Collaborate with other pharmacists to ensure appropriate treatment outcomes.
- Keep accurate documentation of drug related interventions in the system.

- Knowledge of Medications & pharmacological principles
- Excellent understanding of pharmaceutical therapy and direct patient care
- Solid knowledge of drug administration and health & safety guidelines
- Strong knowledge of computers
- Must have complete fluency in English
- Team player with outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
- Aptitude in problem-solving and decision-making
- Strong professional ethics
- Degree in Pharmacy/Pharmacology
