We are recruiting for our Jerusalem office a: Pharmacy Storekeeper .

Main Purpose
Execute the pharmacy warehouse storing activities following recommended conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.) under the supervision of the Pharmacy coordinator assistant, and in collaboration with the supply/logistic teams
Assist and support the Pharmacy Coordinator assistant in the management of the medical supplies locally purchased and stored in JSL, for the OCP and OCB missions.
Accountabilities
Under the pharmaco assistant supervision and in collaboration with the supply department :
Contribute to the follow the LP with the fields and the Supply department (delays, pendings, problematic items and unavailability)
Manage the reception at capital level of locally ordered items according to the good pharmaceutical practices (quantity and quality checks)
Manage the preparation of shipments of the med items (labeling, packing list, organizing and preparing pallets for transportation...)
Ensure good storage conditions in the WH (security, temperature/humidity, cleaning, pest control …)
Ensure that products requiring cold chain are suitably received, stored, prepared and transported appropriately according to MSF and Cold Chain protocols.
Control warehouse limited access to authorized personnel and ensuring doors and other exits are secured. Immediately informing the line manager of any problems arising in the course of the work, particularly with regards to damage, loss, attempted break-ins or theft in the warehouse.
Carry out or participating in regular inventories of staff health boxes and EPREP stocks

Requirements
Education
Essential, secondary school. Desirable degree in Pharmacy or related
Experience
Essential previous experience of at least 2 years in similar or relevant positions.
Desirable previous experience in MSF or other NGOs in developing countries.
Languages
Essential local language, essential mission working language.
Knowledge
Essential basic computer literacy (word, excel and internet)
