PHARMACY SUPERVISOR
Ensuring general functioning of the pharmacy and supervising pharmacy supply chain processes in accordance with MSF standards, protocols and procedures, in order to ensure its efficiency and operating availability.
- Ensure Jenin stock management according to MSF Good Storage and Distribution Practices (GSDP) including safety, security, and stock good arrangement
- Supervising orders of medical and drug material in order to ensure an efficient and appropriate consumption pattern under budget constraints.
- Ensuring efficient supply to end-user units according to the need and ensure consumption follow-up.
- Adjusting the standard list of the project in collaboration with the project medical referent and Mission pharma.
- Supervising the supply of drugs to patients, according to medical prescriptions
- Ensure Isystock update, weekly report including overstock, pre-rupture and pre-expiry to PMR and Mission pharma, and other relevant team members
- Carrying out all the reporting tasks associated to his/her field of action and responsibility, ensuring its consistency and accuracy, in order to support in the relevant decision-making and participating in monthly reports according to guidelines (SitReps, medical statistical reports, etc.)
- Ensure the respect of QA process, in collaboration with Mission pharma, for all local purchases and donation received
- Ensure the management of Gaza E-PREP according to Mission pharma and Gaza PMR needs
- Ensure the management of potential pharmacy daily workers

Education:
Essential, degree of pharmacy management or nursing related studies., or medical profile
Experience:
At least 1-year certified work experience in pharmacy management
Experience working in an NGO is an advantage
Knowledge:
Proficiency in pharmacy software for management and analysis is required. Experience with Isytock software is a plus
Essential computer literacy (Word, Excel, and the internet).
Language: Fluent in English and Arabic is essential
