PHC Coordinator
Job Title: PHC Coordinator
Profession: Social Work , Psychology , mental health
Start Date: ASAP
Duties:
-Facilitate the integration of mental health into PHC Clinics by assisting in training of PHC staff and in organizational integration of mental health (e.g. establishing referral mechanisms, work roles)
-Assist in integrating case management team in select PHC clinics (setting up of work roles, space, regular documentation)
-Carry out training of PHC staff (physicians and nurses) on select training days
-Assist in supervision of PHC staff (group and on-site supervision)
-Assist in preparing PHC training curriculum (in Arabic and English)
- Prepare training materials (slide presentations and handouts) and lectures on specific mental health topics
-Coordinate and organize training and supervision activities with other trainers, PHC clinics, and IMC staff
-Collect all relevant forms and documentation and monitor training and supervision activities
-0Prepare and submit regular reports on all training and supervision activities (in English)
-Participate in regular meetings with IMC, PHC staff and other stakeholders
Deliverables:
- Organization of all PHC training and supervision
-Weekly reports of all activities and outcomes
- Organization of workshop, trainings, and events
Minimum Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree in Social Work or Psychology and/or Diploma in mental health
-Experience in teaching or training
-Experience in working in the field of mental health (e.g. counseling, social work)
