PHP Web Developer

Blue is a leading Web Design & Development Company based in Ramallah – Palestine. Blue is currently seeking qualified  candidates for the following position:
 
Job Title : PHP-Web Developer
 
Our vacancy objective is to develop and maintain the websites and portals of our clients, ensuring strong optimization and functionality to monitor sites technical performance. Work with designers about web layout and website enhancements, web-based applications, and database-backed websites.
 
Our company is seeking a full-time PHP Web Application Developer to join our team.
 
Job Description
-Coding web pages utilizing CSS HTML, and XHTML and programming languages including JavaScript, MySQL and PHP.
-Building or modify existing CMS through PHP and MySQL.
-Handling all the aspects associated with an existing web based Application.
-Customizing, editing and interpreting this system to meet the requirements of our clients.
-Providing troubleshooting and support for our clients.
 
Requirements
-At least 2+ years of illustrated work experience in PHP programming with HTML5 and CSS3
-Very strong in writing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XHTML.
-Expert in PHP, MySQL, AJAX.
-Good understanding of Object Oriented Design
-Data structures and algorithms.
-Expert in CMS building.
-Experience in open-source tools, such as jQuery.
-Have a “customer-service” orientation.
-Excellent organization, time-management & communication skills.
 

Preferred Skills
-Experience in Zend Framework (version 1 or 2)
-Good knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
-Knowledge in Flash is a plus
-UI design skills - knowing visually what works and what doesn't
-Understanding of Web 2.0 concepts, dynamic user interfaces - AJAX
-Experience with large databases and commercial websites
 
Academic qualifications
-Computer Science or other related fields.
