In this context Mercy Corps invites all registered suppliers and companies in Gaza Strip to participate in the Furniture tender required under Mercy Corps Programs activities.


The following conditions apply:
-Interested Companies will submit fixed unit rates for 12 months, starting from signing the prequalification notification letter.
-The supplier must be registered in the official quarters
-Prices must be ZERO VAT, and the supplier must provide a Zero Vat invoice.
-Tender documents can be obtained starting from Tuesday 4 August 2015 during the working hours, from 8:00 AM to 04:00 PM at Mercy Corps’ Office addresses as follows:

Mercy Corps Gaza Office, Ahmed Orabi Street, 2nd Floor, Abu Ghalioun Building.
-The tender documents must be delivered before 12:00 pm on Thursday 13 August 2015, at Mercy Corps’ offices as above. The tender will be opened and reviewed by Mercy Corps bid evaluation committee only.
-The committee is not obligated to purchase goods or contract with the lowest prices.

-The supplier must provide Mercy Corps with a chain of custody documents to prove that items required in the tenders are legally imported. These documents should be submitted along with the tender.
