Pre-Qualifications vendors for Supplying Stationery Items

 

Mercy Corps, a non-profit, non-governmental international humanitarian and development organization invites all companies & suppliers to participate in the following tender:
    

The following conditions apply:

-The supplier must be registered in the official quarters.
-Prices must be ZERO VAT, and the supplier must provide a Zero Vat Invoice.
-Tender documents can be obtained starting from Sunday 13 January 2013 during official working hours, from 8:00 AM to 04:00 PM at Mercy Corps’ Office addresses as follows:

Mercy Corps Gaza Office, Ahmed Orabi Street, 2nd Floor, Abu Ghalioun Building.
-The tender documents must be delivered before 12:00 PM on Tuesday 22 January 2013, at Mercy Corps’ offices as above.
-Mercy Corps is not obligated to purchase goods or contract with the lowest prices.
-The supplier must provide Mercy Corps with a chain of custody documents to prove that items required in the tenders are legally imported. These documents should be submitted along with the tender.
