Pre-Sales Engineer
FIS is a leading IT and Business solutions firm, that provides a blend of technology solutions for the local market for over the last 19 years.
FIS is looking for a Pre-Sales engineer, who can join our Sales team in Ramallah.
Job Title: Pre-Sales Engineer
Location: Ramallah, Albireh
Responsibilities:
-Perform pre-sales activities (demos, presentations, …) of FIS services & solutions for prospective customers.
-Creatively solve technical implementation issues in a variety of technical environments
-Help provide expertise for Proof of Concepts and Onboarding.
-Provide product/service advice and technical guidance to sales team, customers and prospects while empathizing with their business challenges.
-Work closely with the product team to return product feedback to inform future product requirements/enhancements
-Pro-actively engage with colleagues in ongoing knowledge sharing and subject matter growth.
-Create and deliver customized product demonstrations for prospects, customers, and partners both in-person and remotely.

-Bachelor’s degree in Computer / Electronics / IT or related discipline.
-Required experience in Networks, Virtualization and network security.
-At least 2 years’ experience.
-Good initiative, excellent communication skills.
-Proficient in written and spoken English.
-Immediate joining preferred
