Pre-Sales Engineer - Low Voltage Systems and Security

Position Overview:

As a Pre-Sales Engineer at New Intertrade, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the success of our projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide technical expertise, and recommend solutions that align with our high standards of quality and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and understand client requirements related to low voltage systems, including intrusion detection, fire alarm, access control, and related hardware security solutions.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our solutions.
  • Develop customized proposals and solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
  • Provide expert guidance on system design, configurations, and integrations to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Collaborate with clients to address technical questions, concerns, and challenges, building trust and rapport.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product advancements, and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations.
  • Assist in the preparation of project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Work closely with our engineering and installation teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to project execution.
  • Act as a technical resource during the bidding process and assist in the development of pricing strategies.

متطلبات الوظيفة
  • - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • - Proven experience in a pre-sales engineering role, with expertise in low voltage systems and hardware security solutions, including intrusion detection, fire alarm, and access control.
  • - Strong technical knowledge of security system components and integrations.
  • - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • - Customer-focused mindset with a track record of building strong client relationships.
  • - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • - Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • - Good Command of English Language
  • - Valid driving License is preferred
