Prequalification Suppliers for providing printing and Supply

 

Mercy Corps, a non-profit, non-governmental international humanitarian and development organization invites all companies & suppliers to participate in the following prequalification process:

1-016 – Printing and Supplying Visibility Items Services

The following conditions apply:
-The supplier must be registered in the official quarters.
-Prices must be ZERO VAT, and the supplier must provide a Zero Vat invoice.
-Prequalification documents can be obtained starting from Monday, 24 Sep 2012 during official working hours, from 8:00 AM to 04:00 PM at Mercy Corps’ Office addresses as follows:

Mercy Corps Gaza Office, Ahmed Orabi Street, 2nd Floor, Abu Ghalioun Building.

-The prequalification documents must be delivered before Monday 1 October 2012, no later than 04:00pm, at Mercy Corps’ offices as above. The documents will be opened and reviewed by Mercy Corps committee only.
-The committee is not obligated to purchase goods or contract with the lowest prices.
-The supplier must provide Mercy Corps with a chain of custody documents to prove that items required in the tenders are legally imported. These documents should be submitted along with the tender.
