Pre-sales / Systems Engineers

FIS is a leading IT and Business solutions firm, that provides a blend of technology solutions and specialized in Software, network security for the local market for over the last 22 years.

FIS is currently looking to recruit Systems Engineers, who can join our team in Ramallah.

Responsibilities:

• Install, support, and maintain Security, Backup  solutions and other systems.
• Create and deliver technical product presentations and/or training sessions to channel partners and customers.
• Handle Installation Projects.
• Evaluate environment for process improvement and make recommendations to improve support processes.
• Collaborate and communicate with other team members to provide good service and issue resolution.

Requirements: 

• At least 1-year experience in network technologies (Windows Server, UNIX, VMware, Firewall, VPN).
• Experience with SAN/NAS is a plus.
• Cisco Certified is a plus.
• Must have hands in Information security policies, procedure and framework.
• Effective communication, listening, verbal and written skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills to work with sales, consulting and support in a dynamic and innovative company environment.
• B.S in computer engineering or related field.
