A minimum of 06 years of progressively responsible experience in the field of international development, human rights, and/or humanitarian sectors is required Understanding of the Core Humanitarian Principles and international guidance on accountability to affected populations and Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse is required. Technical expertise in at least one of the following areas: child protection, human rights, protection, gender-based violence/survivor assistance, staff misconduct and discipline and with Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) and Results-based Management (RBM) is required. Direct experience working with GBV survivors is required. Coordination experience is required. Experience and skills in capacity building and mentoring program teams and ability to achieve results in remote settings is required. Demonstrated experience in managing and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data is required.
