Principal

Responsibilities:

To initiate, plan, implement, monitor and evaluate school development and growth; to manage the day to day running of the school; to ensure the implementation of the school’ “Strategic Plan” reflecting the school’ vision, mission, purpose, values, goals and educational philosophy.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A master’s degree in a relevant field (education, educational management, pedagogy etc.) from an accredited university with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in teaching, and a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Educational Administration/Management
• Fluency in Arabic and in English (Reading, Writing, Speaking, Listening).
• Excellent administrational and communication skills and good public relations skills.
• Very good knowledge of curricula and the ability and skill to monitor and develop curricula and curriculum implementation.
• Very good pedagogic skills.
• Very good information technology and computer skills, including Microsoft Windows Applications, Internet and E-mail.
• Very good fund-raising, proposal-writing and reporting skills.
• Very good management, conflict resolution and teamwork skills.
• Strong character and leadership skills.
• Clean bill of health.
• The ability to work under pressure.
• Very good track record.
