Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our procurement operations, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services essential for our projects. The Procurement Officer will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships to support our company's objectives and meet client expectations.

Sourcing and Supplier Management:
- Identify potential suppliers and vendors for required goods and services.
- Conduct thorough market research to assess supplier capabilities, reliability, and pricing competitiveness.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods and services.
Negotiation and Contract Management:
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Review contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor contract performance and resolve any disputes or issues that may arise during the procurement process.
Procurement Process Optimization:
- Streamline and optimize the procurement process to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Implement best practices and procedures for procurement activities, including the use of ERP systems and other technology tools.
- Continuously evaluate and assess supplier performance to identify areas for improvement and cost savings opportunities.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing procurement activities.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with procurement processes, such as supply chain disruptions, supplier bankruptcies, and quality control issues.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of procurement transactions for audit and compliance purposes.
Qualifications :-
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the broadcast or technology industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving cost savings and favorable contract terms.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and other procurement software tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends, supplier performance, and procurement risks.
- Fluency in English (a must)
