Main Duties

Procurement

  • Playing as a focal point of contact between the Procurement manager and the procurement team.
  • Handling and implementinag strategic and vital procurement bids and procedures.
  • Assisting in preparing department strategic reports and plans: procurement annual operational plan, procurement plan, spend and saving reports. etc. with close coordination with department manager.
  • Participate in the creation, review and implementation of the procurement policies and procedures.
  • Managing and handling all external production-based POs and contracts.
  • Assisting in the negotiating process of those strategic and vital bids.
  • Maintain effective procurement documentation and records in compliance with Pinar policies and procedures for all staff procurement operations.
  • Other related duties as assigned. 

Contracts

  • The contracts coordinator will also responsible for the management and follow up all current contracts to make sure that all contracts are up-to-date and well archived.
  • Preparation and review of contracts, with high quality.
  • Recommend alternatives and assist in developing contract management procedures to achieve efficiency for managing current and future requirements.
  • Ensure that contractual matters are performed in accordance with all applicable procurement regulations and policies. In addition, shall provide advice to individuals involved in the planning, developing, awarding and administering of contracts.
  • Management and follow up on all new and on-going contracts.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Team

  • Assisting in Overseeing and supervising employees and all activities of the purchasing department on daily basis in term of procurement operations and team compliance and quality control.
  • Assisting in Overseeing and supervising employees in term attendance transactions and behavior.
  • Assisting in supporting team in all related inquires related to the procurement daily operations

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
  2. 3-5 years of relevant experience in in terms of procurement and contracts operations.
  3. Experience in team supervision is a plus.
  4. Excellent organizational skills, ability to work independently, assess priorities, and manage a variety of activities, paying attention to detail under tight deadlines and heavy workloads.
  5. Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, and other computer systems.
  6. Ability to work under pressure and within a team.
  7. Self-motivation and multitasking is a must. Exemplify it in your cover letter in bold.
  8. Excellent writing and communication skills in both English and Arabic languages. Exemplify it in your Cover letter in Bold
  9. Observation, active listening and analysis skills with ability to make sound judgment
  10. Attention to details, accuracy and timeliness in executing assigned responsibilities. Exemplify it in your cover letter in bold
