3K is a leading renewable energy engineering, procurement, and Construction Company based in Ramallah, Palestine. We are looking to hire a full-time finance and administrative assistant to provide office support to our team.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented engineer to fill the position of Procurement and Logistics Officer. Their role will be to support and manage day-to-day procurement and logistical operations. The successful candidate will ensure the timely purchase and delivery of goods in line with project schedules and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement:

  • Assist in daily warehouse operations by tracking delivery notes, receipts, and credit notes using Bisan Systems.
  • Cooperate with the Projects' team to ensure a smooth procurement process implementation
  • Request and evaluate price offers from suppliers, both locally and internationally.
  • Follow up on purchase orders from initiation to receipt, ensuring smooth coordination with suppliers and on-time deliveries.
  • Collaborate with clearance agents to manage the import and export of goods, ensuring timely filing and clearance of shipments.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining procurement reports for management, including weekly status updates.
  • Gather and organize supplier invoices, ensuring consistency with purchase orders.
  • Maintain proper inventory management by monitoring stock levels, organization, and cleanliness of the warehouse.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse officer on stock management and order fulfillment.

Logistics:

  • Handle delivery arrangements from suppliers to the warehouse for both local and international orders.
  • Coordinate the transportation of goods and materials required for projects, including the scheduling of trucks, cranes, and equipment as needed.
  • Assist in tracking the company’s tools and equipment, ensuring proper use and maintenance.
  • Monitor and manage logistics processes in accordance with project timelines.

متطلبات الوظيفة

Requirements:

  • Maximum 2 years of relevant experience in procurement and logistics, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering; preferably Electrical or Mechatronics 
  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (Hebrew is a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Office with a focus on MS Excel.
  • Familiarity with Bisan Systems or other accounting systems is preferred.
  • Ability to understand engineering designs.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure independently or in a team.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Additional Information:

  • Working hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and during weekends, especially during peak shipping periods.
  • Willingness to work both in-office and on-site as required.
