Procurement Specialist

First Option is locally recognized consulting firm that provides engineering, architecture and Construction management services in Palestine.

First Option is looking for professional Procurement Specialist ( Consultant ) to be located in Ramallah according to the following:

Qualifications:

• BSc Degree in Civil Engineering or any other any other relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of proven relevant past work experience.

Requirements:

• Good Knowledge of technical and operational aspects of procurement implementation and good knowledge of the procurement policies and procedures.
• Previous experience in surveying work, technical designs and specifications, preparation of bidding documents for different types of contracts including infrastructure projects.
• Excellent communication and follow up skills as well as excellent report writing skills are required.
• Very good command of English Language.
• Past Experience of working with MDLF is a plus.
