Product Development Specialist

Duties & Responsibilities:
-Following up with product development projects that have a major impact on future revenue and market presence.
-Following up with products and services projects and ensuring all projects are completed on timeand to specification.
-Interfacing with vendors and suppliers, providing input into proposition development, brand development, and campaign planning.
-Designing, executing and maintaining Product Quality Assurance plans across all product & services lifecycle aligned with overall business KPIs.
-Product monitoring: Implementing on-going testing and quality assurance processes across all product areas.
-Providing the required support to Marketing teams from requirement gathering and project planning perspectives to guarantee successful P&S launch and operation

Work Experience and Qualifications:
-Minimum of 3 years experience in Product Management.
-BA in telecom/business related field.
-Proven experience in product development in telecom environment is a plus.
-Proven experience of ability to deliver complex products across the full life cycle.

Personal Traits & Skills:
-knowledge of fixed and/or mobile telecoms products and IT systems, and understanding of environment and market, particularly in the area of billing, IN, voice services, data and VAS.
-Ability to develop and manage business cases.
-Sound understanding of Finance and supplier management.
-Demonstrated  communication skills .
-Demonstrated  documentation skills .
-Demonstrated  organizational skills .
-Demonstrated  team work skills .
-Computer Literacy knowledge (Microsoft).
-Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
