Palestinian IT Association “PITA” was founded in 1999, and is a major representative of the ICT Sector in Palestinian  with more than 120  member companies from various sub-sectors including hardware distributors, software development firms, telecommunications, IT consulting, IT training and related businesses.

Job Title: Program Coordinator
The Palestinian IT Association of companies “PITA” is looking for Program Coordinator to be based in its offices in Gaza.

Main duties and responsibilities include but not limited to
-Coordinates all operational facets of PITA programs.
-Develops and recommends new or revised program goals and objectives.
-Monitors program expenditures ensuring that budget allocations are not overspent.
-Coordinates activities of program with inter-related activities of other programs, departments or staff to ensure optimum efficiency and compliance with appropriate policies, procedures and specifications
-Develops and facilitates workshops, meetings or conferences; coordinates logistics, scheduling and participant communications.
-Prepares periodic reports, financial statements and records on program activities, progress, status or other special reports for management , members or donors

Reports to the Gaza manager

Qualifications:
-BA in business or related fields.
-Minimum two years of proven track record in a similar position.
-Leadership and management skills.
-Experience in program planning, executions, monitoring   and budgeting
-Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions and attention to details
-Committed to quality
Languages: Excellent Arabic and English
