Report to:Director
Internal Relation:All staff as needed
External Relation:All parties to serve the project interest
Responsibilities –
A-Representation and coordination
1-Represent the program externally based on Director instructions
2-Attend meetings and develop Minutes of meetings
3-Develop project supplier organization chart and schedule
B-Support project Implementation
1-Develop in coordination with Director ongoing and future activities related to the project objective
2-Be responsible for independently managing large-scale projects
3-Manage all phases of the project management lifecycle to include quality and timeliness of project implementations such as –
i-Arranging networking and meetings
ii-Monitor project budgeting
iii-Coordinate with Educational Coordinator, Marketing Coordinator and Communication Coordinator
iv-Arrange public events
v-Support the arrangement of exhibitions
vi-Others as instructed by project director
C-Administration
1-Adhere project filing system
2-Organize project documentation in coordination with the Office Manager
3-Prepare reports
Qualification –
1-Bachelor degree in Business Administration, events management, art management or any other related field.
2-At least 2 years experience in project coordination
3-Languages –fluency in Arabic and English is a must
4-Jerusalem ID holder
5-Self driven and motivated personality
6-Driving License preferred
Working hours and conditions
This position is a full time position (40 hours per week) with 21 days of holidays yearly.
