World Vision Jerusalem-West Bank-Gaza is seeking:

Program Development Coordinator 

Location:  Nablus

Contract: Fixed term for 6 months

Minimum education, training and experience requirements

Bachelor degree in development, management or relevant subject. Masters degree is an asset

Minimum 4 years’ experience in development work, needs assessment or related field

Excellent understanding of the development context in the OPT

Good knowledge of the rural areas in the Jordan Valley and Salfeet villages

Advanced computer skills in MS Office, especially Word and Excel

Effective Communication and Facilitation skills

Proficiency in English with excellent writing skills

Ability to work with accuracy under time constraints and pressure

Excellent interpersonal communication skills and an ability to work closely and supportively within a team.

Valid driver’s license

Must be highly motivated and work with minimal supervision

Integrity and strong identification with WV Core Values
