Program Evaluator for the Arabic Language and Thinking cours

Al Quels University is seeking a Program Evaluator for the Arabic Language and Thinking course (AL&T) - phase 2.The program evaluator will be responsible for the evaluation of the AL&T courses curriculum, teaching techniques and program structure.

Responsibilities:
-Produce an evaluation report on the performance of the overall program.
-Undertake direct interview with students for data collection.
-Follow up on the improvement of the students taking the course.
-Undertake individual meetings with the teachers of the program and ana¬lyze their feedback on the course.
-Coordinate directly with the Project's Director and/or Coordinator.
-Evaluate the activities used in the course.
-Create a plan for using findings to increase programming efficiency and effectiveness, and quality and member satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:
-Four years experience in evaluation with program development.
-Strong bilingual English/Arabic-language skills.
-Ability to write research protocols for data collection and entry.
-Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
-Ability to interact effectively, professionally and diplomatically with faculty and students.
-Experience in writing and analysis and interpretations.
-Ability to prepare clear and concise reports.
-Experience in Education related activities and programs.
