) The Palestinian Agricultural Relief Committees (PARC) is a leading Palestinian Agricultural Development Organization that was established in 1983. Since its establishment, PARC has been efficiently engaged in Palestinian land development, water resources & environment, poverty reduction and women empowerment, olive oil marketing, as well as other crucial rural development programs. To accomplish those objectives, PARC is seeking qualified Project Program Manager. Under the guidance and direct supervision of PARCs Deputy Director, the Project Program Manager main function will assist accomplishing the following: Ensure compliance with PARCs strategic plans, bylaws and procedures during all levels of programs and projects management cycle starting from development and planning to closeout and evaluation. Participate effectively in developing new policies and procedures deemed needed to enhance the sustainability and effectiveness of PARCs interventions and programs. Promote creativity and ownership among program staff and enhance their program and project development capacities benefiting from their large field experience and day to day interaction with many communities and sectors. Ensure high quality and result based implementation of all programs and projects carried out by PARC Supervise effective and sustainable communication between program staff (project managers and/or coordinators) with the Financial and Logistics Department to ensure smooth implementation of the programs and project activities. Facilitate and if possible participate together with the Public Relation Department in monitoring and evaluation field trips to be conducted by partners and donors Represent PARC in events (workshops, ceremonies, etc.) related to the projects and programs under her/his supervision and other events deemed important to PARCs programming Ensure high quality reporting within PARC and to PARCs partners and donors Supervise the planning for the technical and financial reporting for all projects and programs Supervise, revise and finalize of programs and projects related reports provided by consultants, trainers and researchers Promote best project management practices among program staff Qualifications High graduate diploma in fields related to development and agronomy. At least 10 years of progressive career experience.
