Job Description
Job Title: Program Officer
Duty Location: Ramallah (5th FL, PRICO House, Al-Masyon)

Duties & Responsibilities
In particular, he/she will be responsible for the below tasks, but not limited to:
- Monitor and oversee the current programs and ongoing projects to ensure effective and efficient program management.
- Conduct progress meetings with partners to monitor project activities, mitigate potential risks, conduct field monitoring, and take minutes of meetings.
- Review of the Quarterly reports, biannual reports, and annual reports submitted by project implementing partners.
- Manage the ongoing training programs, oversee Master’s program and Visa procedures, and data management.
- Conduct administrative tasks including preparing the monthly foreign aid report.
- Participate in the sector working groups.
- Communicate with partners (Government, implementing partners, UN organizations, and other donor partners).
- Responsible for the KOICA Alumni Association Activities (KAAP), follow up with the president of KAAP and board members, and ensure the timely and effective implementation of the events (charity events, knowledge sharing, and annual reception)
- Other duties as assigned by the management

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Development Economics, or other relevant fields.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in international organizations (preferably development agencies) or UN agencies.
- Active Knowledge in Project Management.
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent understanding of the Public Sector in the PA.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent team player.
- Excellent Computer skills (Windows 10, Microsoft Office, etc.
Working Hours
- Five days a week (Monday – Thursday 8:00-16:30, Friday 8:00-14:00), including a one-hour lunch break.
