Program Support Coordinator

Main tasks:

Work Location: Community Based Rehabilitation Program (CBR)/Bethlehem Arab Society for Rehabilitation (BASR)

• Maintain and handle data management of all activities and interventions, while ensuring that all related data is maintained and updated properly.
• Analyze data collected from the field, such as general evaluations, pre- and post-assessments, and prepare reports that feed into the program’s progress reports.
• Prepare monthly program reports, and assist in the preparation of periodic and progress reports, newsletters, and success stories/lessons learned as requested – both in Arabic and English.
• Support in logistical and coordination tasks related to the implementation of program activities and interventions as requested from his/her line manager.
• Assist in procurement tasks, and handle stock management.
• Other assigned tasks, as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in public administration, management or related fields.
• Proven previous work experience in a similar job, ideally with an NGO
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Arabic
• Proven coordination & organization skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent computer competency
• A valid driving license
