Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) works for the health and dignity of Palestinians living under occupation and as refugees. MAP is the leading UK charity delivering health and medical care to those worst affected by conflict, occupation and displacement, in the Gaza Strip. MAP is currently experiencing a period of rapid growth, which is partly in response to the ongoing crisis in the occupied Palestinian territory.
Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) is currently seeking a dedicated Programme Manager to drive the development and management of nutrition programs in Gaza. In this critical role, you will collaborate closely with the Gaza team to devise strategies, oversee project design, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with donor requirements. Providing technical guidance, monitoring program quality, and fostering staff development will be key components of your responsibilities. You will also work collaboratively with partners and authorities to achieve program objectives and uphold MAP's values of equity and gender justice.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in humanitarian and recovery contexts, specifically in conflict-affected and complex environments, preferably within the Middle East region. Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential for effective communication with local stakeholders. Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage teams are essential.
