Description:
As part of our growing activities, our team is looking for a talented, multi-tasking, experienced Project Coordinator, to conduct PIPD’s monitoring, organizational learning processes, reporting and coordination among project implementation.
Under the overall guidance of the Executive Director, the Programme Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating PIPD operations and M&E information systems.
The Programme Coordinator will be responsible for liaising across the Digital and Advocacy team and Admin&finance team to ensure compliance for project implementation, monitor progress and impact and support the organizations across its operations including reporting needs.
Programmes Coordinator Tasks
- Oversee PIPD operations in close collaboration with the Admin manager
- Manage monitoring and evaluation procedures, accountability mechanisms, knowledge sharing and organisational learning
- Maintain, update and further adapts monitoring and evaluation system for all PIPD projects and activities
- Draft Narrative reports to the board and donors
- Coordinate with PIPD partners to collect relevant data and information.
- Supports executive teams in ensuring quality standards for all key program interventions to strengthen the compliance and quality aspects.
- Draft Project documents when relevant.

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
- Passionate about working for Palestinian rights and campaigning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and excellent coordination skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant of project management, management of operations or project M&E experience in a professional environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of Project Management, Business development, economics, statistics, data management, international development or similar.
- Advanced excel and data analysis and software knowledge. Knowledge of other Data management platform a plus.
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Excellent drafting skills in English
- Experience in both qualitative and quantitative data analysis
- Excellent organizational skills
