Sharek Youth Forum (Sharek) was established as a Palestinian youth non-profit organization with the aim of empowering Palestinian youth, enabling them to achieve their aspirations, and contributing to the development of their community. Operating in both the West Bank and Gaza Strip, Sharek seeks to improve the conditions of young people through programs and projects focusing on community development, education, economic empowerment, and active participation in public life.
Sharek offers a wide range of activities, including fostering innovation and creativity, providing psychological and social support, organizing awareness campaigns, and offering training and employment opportunities. It also emphasizes promoting human values, gender equality, and delivering humanitarian aid to the most vulnerable groups, particularly during crises.
Through its work in the West Bank and Gaza Strip, Sharek strives to build a conscious and active youth community that contributes to societal development and sustainable progress. Sharek views youth as true partners in change, providing them with the platforms and resources needed to become future leaders.

Programs and Projects Manager
Workplace:
Sharek’s main office in Ramallah – Al-Tira
Responsibilities:
- Develop programs and project plans in alignment with the Organization’s strategy and objectives.
- Manage and implement various projects and programs, ensuring objectives are met.
- Coordinate with donors and local and international partners.
- Prepare technical and administrative reports related to the projects.
- Monitor and evaluate performance, ensuring quality implementation of activities.
- Manage work teams and contribute to building their capacities.
- Develop innovative project ideas and proposals that align with Sharek’s vision.

Qualifications:
- A university degree in business administration, project management, or any related field (master’s degree preferred).
- At least 5 years of practical experience in managing programs and development projects.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to work within a team.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Solid knowledge of computer applications and Microsoft Office programs.
