We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of various projects.
Techlinic LTD is a Jerusalem based company, working in the field of software and entrepreneurship development. We are managing “JINNOVATE, THE JERUSALEM INNOVATION CENTER FOR HEALTHTECH, Medical & AI Innovation Program” in Jerusalem and West Bank.
JINNOVATE program in East Jerusalem is a source of innovation in the fields of medicine and AI that originate from the combination between the disciplines of medicine and engineering (software, with an emphasis on AI).
Our mission is to bridge the gap between medical expertise and technological innovation and to foster an ecosystem where the best minds from diverse backgrounds can create groundbreaking technological solutions to health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
Under the direct supervision of the Programs Manager, the Project Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring the successful and timely execution of projects within agreed-upon scope and budget. Key responsibilities include:
- Project Planning & Coordination: Assisting in developing and maintaining project timelines, schedules, and work plans.
- Administrative Support: Providing comprehensive administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings, managing travel arrangements, and maintaining project documentation.
- Budget Tracking & Reporting: Monitoring project budgets, tracking expenses, and preparing regular financial reports.
- Client Communication: Maintaining effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and project partners, ensuring timely and accurate information dissemination

Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree
- Excellent English, or / and Hebrew (at least one is a must in addition to Arabic)
- Two years relevant work experience, working with startups (not a must)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Jerusalem ID holder
