Conduct EYE II Project Baseline Assessment

IRPAL is seeking a qualified and experienced consulting firm within the following conditions:

Duration: 30 working days, during April to May.

Qualifications and Skills Requirements:

The consultancy firm should have the following qualifications and experience:

-At least 7 years’ experience in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) methods and approaches (including quantitative, qualitative, and participatory); planning, design and implementation of M&E systems; and report writing
-Strong experience in evaluating projects/ programs, including experience with different donors
-Competent in English language (the final report shall be written in English)

-Interested consulting firms are invited to download the attached Terms of Reference (ToR)  that include a detailed description of the evaluation.
