Project Controls Division Manager

International Relief and Development (IRD) is a nongovernmental, nonprofit organization, operating in the West Bank and Gaza since December 2007. IRD is seeking to hire a qualified Project Controls Division Manager in the West Bank for its ongoing and expanding operations.
 

General Description of Role:
The Project Controls Division Manager will be responsible for the scheduling, cost control
and reporting, technical submittals and progress reporting for all awarded Task Orders underthe Infrastructure Needs Program Indefinite Quantity Contract (INP IQC). The incumbentwill lead both the technical and project controls groups that are responsible for producing and updating all construction schedules, cash flow projections, technical submittals, and reports. The incumbent will work closely with field and Headquarters to ensure completion of deliverables, as well as monitoring subcontractors’ performance. Primavera and Contracts Manager will be used as the prime software management tools for project controls.
Required Qualifications:
-B.Sc. in Construction Management, Engineering or related degree. Advanced degree preferred.
-Minimum of 10 years experience working with project controls for project management and implementation.
-Minimum of 5 years experience working with Primavera systems software.
-Previous experience implementing USAID funded projects/programs.
-Knowledge and experience with a wide variety of computer, communications, and applications technologies and tools for the engineering and construction industry.
