Project Coordinator

The Union of Palestinian Women’s Committees UPWC, announce a job vacancy in partnership with Norwegian peoples Aid NPA.

UPWC is seeking to employ a full time project coordinator for a project, funded by the NPA, aiming to increase political participation for women.

Position title: Project Coordinator

the Project Coordinator is responsible for:
1-Developing the project overall, yearly and monthly plans.
2-Preparation and follow-up of the projects implementation plans, activities, with regional coordinators.
3-To document all activities of the project and maintain an efficient project system including all project related documents.
4-Supervise the implementation of the project activities by the partners, trainers, and mentors.
5-Make sure that administrative requirement in terms of project implementation and reporting and other quality and timeliness are fully met.
6-Prepare regular progress reports on the project as requested by the donor requirements and UPWC.

Skills/Qualifications:
1-At least two years of experience in the related filed.
2-Bachelor degree in Management or social studies , or other related fields.
3-Excellent computer skills (Windows, MS Office, Internet, etc.).
4-Excellent administrative, financial and public relations skills
especially in project coordination issues.
5-Excellent communication skills.
6-Fluency in English language.
