Bani Naim Charitable Society (BNCS) is a non-profit society that aims to provide people with educational, social, cultural and medical services. BNCS is going to implement a project about empowering businesswomen in the area of Hebron North as a part of Civic Participation Program (CPP) in partnership with Catholic Relief Serves (CRS) and by fund of USAID Accordingly, BNCS is seeking candidates to fill the following vacancy:

Job Title: Project Coordinator (based in Bani Naim – Hebron) (5.5 months – Full time)

Job Description:

The coordinator is responsible for the design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the activities for the project. She is in charge of regular reporting for the activities. The coordinator will administratively give reports to BNCS manager. The coordinator tasks will include the following:
-Coordination, reporting, planning.
-Managing and planning the activities, following and evaluating the project.
-Insure the logistic follow up the project

Required qualifications:
-Bachelor degree in administration and economy, or related field
-Minimum 3 years work experience
-Knowledge of the civic participation issues and experience of working with women is preferred
-Ability to support, manage and develop team
-Experience in working with communities
-Excellent analytical and reporting skills
-Excellent interpersonal skills including communication, tact, and diplomacy
-Excellent knowledge of English and Arabic Languages, spoken and written
-Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Power Point, etc
