Job Title:Project Coordinator
Project:Nutritional  Health Care Services  For Malnourished Children Under 5 years in The Gaza Strip 
Location:Gaza Strip.
Duration:12 months.

The project coordinator will undertake the following jobs and help to;
The project coordinator will work closely with the project's technical consultant and will undertake the following activities;
-Be responsible on the entire leadership of all work elements of the project.
-Design the work plan and other time bounded activities.
-Identify the staff job description and ethics for work.
-Revise all administrative and technical work protocols, policies, guidelines and help design and implement criteria for all work elements including the data base.
-Help in training the staff and facilitate training by others.
-Supervise all projects financial expenditures.
-Supervise the procurement process and tenders.
-Facilitate with the local authorities all the processes required for the implementation and success of the project implementation.
-Revise the plans and activities that are prepared or supervised by the technical advisor.
-Decide upon schedule of work and help other senior staff undertake the necessary steps.
-Hold regular meetings and be aware of resources and maintain constant competent monitoring and evaluation of the staff and other project's elements.
-Assure the qualitative implementation of undergone activities including staff and beneficiary's satisfaction.
-Be responsible on the overall staff performance and disciplinary issues.
-Prepare the technical reports as requested by the donor.
-Be responsible on all advertisement or press releases or meetings with external areas.

Qualifications and experience:
1-Degree in Health specialty (Bachelor, M.s.C,)
2-Experience in the relevant field not less than five years,
3-Experience in management of health projects not less than 3 years
4-Excellent spoken and  Written English Language
5-Experience in Writing reports and financial procedures
6-Computer literate in Microsoft office program
