Project Coordinator

Al-Majd Foundation for Community Development is looking for a Project Coordinator under the "Voice of Youth" project implemented in partnership with the Catholic Relief Services (CRS) and Family Health International (FHI 360) and funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) within the framework of the Civic Participation and Community Engagement Project.

Tasks and responsibilities:

1. Preparing and following up the project implementation plan and detailed budget.
2. Preparing and implementing the Monitoring and Evaluation plan of the project.
3. Follow-up and supervising the implementation of the activities and following up to achieve planned outputs and the allocated budget as per the project plans.
4. Preparing and submitting monthly progress reports.
5. Conduct necessary field visits to monitor the progress of project activities.
6. Data collection and entry as per the Monitoring and Evaluation plan.

Qualifications, Experience and Special Requirements: 

1. A bachelor’s degree in social science or Development Study or any other relevant field from a recognized university.
2. 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in youth sector.
3. Experience in reports writing.
4. The ability to work within a team and under pressure.
5. Very good verbal communication and writing skills in both English and Arabic.
6. Computer skills (Microsoft programs).
7. It is preferred to be a resident of Jenin Governorate.
