Job Description
To boost our growth, we are now looking for an energetic, skillful Project Coordinator to join our Operations Team.
We require an exceptional team player who is passionate to support our vision while assuming responsibility for planning, directing, coordinating, and delivering numerous project activities.
Job Location: Ramallah, Palestine
Key responsibilities:
- Work directly with the Project Manager for execution of new projects for the organization.
- Follow up with internal company employees to ensure assigned tasks are completed as per devised project plan.
- Liase with external contractors and third party vendors as assigned.
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
- Send emails to regulatory authorities for tasks relating to healthcare licensing, technology permits and related matters.
- Prioritize internal emails and respond when necessary.
- Compilation of excel and word document reports as assigned.
- Coordination of travel arrangements as required.
- Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)
- Completion of administrative tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.
- Organization of files in the cloud storage for the company.

The ideal candidate will have a passionate commitment to improving the lives of people, a strong focus on excellence and customer success.
- Bachelors Degree in relevant field required
- Must be able to communicate in English and Arabic
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role required. Candidates with a minimum of 1 years working in a start-up company preferred.
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel and word.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative working style
- A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
- Excellent organization and time-management skills essential.
