'- Conduct comprehensive project needs assessments in accordance with organizational procedures.
- Prepare project proposals and conduct economic feasibility studies for humanitarian and community projects.
- Foster positive relationships with local authorities, partners, donors, and stakeholders.
- Contribute to drafting and refining project proposals and detailed project plans for humanitarian and community projects.
- Responsible for the daily management of the project activities in coordination and under the supervision of the project manager.
- Ensure supervision of project staff and effective communication and coordination between the field team, HBA management team, and the donor.
- Conduct field visits to ensure the effective and smooth implementation of the project activities and report to the direct supervisor on the work progress and any challenges/risks that may emerge during implementation.
- Provide supervision to project staff, ensuring effective communication and coordination between the field team, HBA management team, and donors.
- Regularly monitor budget utilization and ensure timely reporting.
- Follow up on procurement procedures in coordination with related staff.
- Ensure timely submission of required documents through the organization's system, including reports.
- Manage the transfer of project deliverables, including documents, files, equipment, and materials, following standard procedures.
- Establish and maintain proper electronic and paper filing systems.
- Update on risks and issues based on monitoring and evaluation processes.
- Coordinate closely with the communication staff, including photographers and montage team, to ensure timely documentation and dissemination of project activities and impact, as well as alignment with organizational communication strategies.
- Provide support for emergency response initiatives, including rapid needs assessment, coordination with other humanitarian actors, and implementation of emergency response plans.
- Fulfill any other tasks delegated by management.

Skills & Knowledge:
- Demonstrated experience in project management and coordination.
- Proven skills in facilitation, team building, and coordination.
- Team work spirit and ability to cooperate.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively and in a collegial fashion with people from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures, to lead and work effectively in insecure environments is critical.
- Excellent presentation skills and verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent command of the English and Arabic Languages (Spoken and Written).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and relevant design packages.
