Position: Project Coordinator (Medical Activity)

Type: Full-time, On-site  

Location:  North of Gaza, Palestine  

Salary: ILS 4,824 per month 

Reporting to: Medical Care Programme Lead

Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) is a leading UK charity dedicated to improving the health and dignity of Palestinians affected by conflict, occupation, and displacement. With a focus on the occupied Palestinian territory and Palestinian refugee camps in Lebanon, we provide vital health and medical care to those in need, particularly in crisis zones like Gaza. As part of our commitment to meeting the growing needs of the communities we serve, we're expanding our team.

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and implementing in addition to providing valuable insights to the Medical Care Programme Lead, Deputy Director of Programmes in the North and other staff from MAP’s team. Moreover, you will support efforts for health initiatives and strategies. This role involves collaboration with MAP’s programme team and healthcare providers to contribute to effective medical services.

Please note that role location is based in North Gaza only

The ideal candidate should have Proven experience in procurement processes, data collection, and M&E. An understanding of emergency protocols and safety guidelines. Excellent analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic is essential. Advanced computer skills in MS Office, especially Excel and Word. Proficient in using electronic data collection tools, software and mobile applications.
