Job Summary:
The Program / Project Delivery Manager is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of programs and projects to meet customer needs, and responsible to coordinate with all the technical and functional teams within the organization.
The Program / Project Delivery Manager will report PMO of the given business line and will be responsible for driving the delivery of IQVIA PPG’s AMESA projects.
The Program / Project Delivery Manager will also be responsible for interacting with the technical and functional teams of the customers including any 3rd parties that may be a part of the overall solution architecture or be contracted by IQVIA or the customer to provide a specific service identified as part of the overall project’s scope.

Education:
A degree in Computer Science
Project Management (PMP) certification; or equivalent work experience of having worked as a Sr. Project Manager for at least 6 to 7 years
Experience:
10+ years in a corporate IT environment working with multiple disciplines to deliver projects in line with customer needs
Proven delivery excellence ideally using Agile
Significant experience in a customer service role and business management role
Work experience in a professional services industry, preferred
Experience managing external vendors, commercial negotiations
Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills, including cross-cultural competence
Strong leadership qualities and a passion for building high performing teams
Certification Requirements:
Certifications in Project Management, Business Analysis and Project Assurance would be beneficial to performing this role
Familiarity with ITIL v2 or 3 would be advantageous
