Project Director

of education in selected schools in East Jerusalem. The initiative operates under the auspices of the Jordanian Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs.
Madrasati Palestine is currently seeking to recruit dynamic and highly motivated individuals for the
following position:

Post Title: Project Director (Full-time)

Basic Function of Position: manage and direct the work of a large school-based initiative in accordance with its approved mission and strategic objectives and to develop the capacity of the staff to carry out assigned duties effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications:
Minimum of a university degree (BA) in Education, Social Science, Business Administration or
any related field, additional post-graduate degrees (e.g. MA) are preferable; 10-15 years of professional experience, preferably in a related field; substantial experience in the education sector and social development including experience in developing partnerships with the private sector; extensive project management experience; and excellent written and verbal communications skills in Arabic and English.

All positions will be based at the Department of Awqaf in Jerusalem, and are required to travel
extensively throughout the West Bank, including Jerusalem.
