Al-Quds Open University (QOU) and RWTC- UNRWA have jointly received a grant from the Quality Improvement Fund (QIF)- Ministry of Education and Higher Education and funded by the World Bank and the European Commission to implement a joint project titled Establishing Web Educational Video Library for the Teaching-Learning Situations to Support the Teachers Education Programs at Al- Quds Open University (QOU) and Ramallah Women Training Centre & Educational Sciences Faculty (RWTC & ESF). In order to implement this project, Al-Quds Open University (QOU) and Ramallah Women Training Centre & Educational Sciences Faculty (RWTC & ESF) announce the need for the following two positions for a period of 8 month duration with a possibility of assignment extension.
1. Project Director,
and below are the Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring successful implementation of the project plan, and providing adequate follow up and support for the project activities.
2. Supervising the project action plan.
3. Coordinating meetings between the project partners and project team members as needed.
4. Following up all procurement and financial issues related to the project.
5. Supervising the process of monitoring and evaluating the project, and suggesting possible amendments and ways to overcome difficulties and problems.
6. Preparing periodical progress reports, implementing completion report, and other reports for the project to be submitted to (QIF) affiliated with the World Bank.
7. Preparing pamphlets and brochures.
Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Skills:
1. Master degree from an accredited university in Education or any other related field.
2. A minimum of five years of professional experience in managing projects.
3. Excellent communication and team work skills.
4. Excellent command of English and Arabic.
5. Excellent reporting and formal writing skills in both English and Arabic.
6. Excellent budgeting and computer skills.
2. Financial and Administrative Assistant , 
below are the Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Preparing and bookkeeping all procurement and financial issues related to the project in close coordination with the partners involved.
2. Assisting in preparing and following up financial documents necessary to trench payments according to budget.
3. Maintaining an efficient filing system and managing all records.
4. Keeping track of incoming and outgoing correspondences and communications.
5. Scheduling appointments and handling the logistics of meetings.
6. Assisting in preparing the progress report of the project as well as the implementation
completion report to be submitted to the QIF.
Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Skills:
1. B.A Degree in Finance, Accounting, business administration or any other related field.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Excellent Arabic and English Language skills. .
4. Excellent reporting and formal writing skills in both English and Arabic.
5. Excellent computer working skills.
6. Ability to work under pressure.
