Education:

-MA Degree in Business Administration, Programme Management, or other relevant discipline. 

• A first level university degree with 2 additional years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of the advance university degree. 

Certification:

- Certified Office of Government Commerce (OGC) Prince 2 Certification is an asset.

Experience:

-At least two (2) years of  relevant experience in management and/or implementation support of programmes / projects;

• Multiple years of experience in managing procurement projects in the health sector, is an asset;

• Experience working with international organizations, preferably UN, preferred;

• Experience in operating in the Project Management Institutes (PMI) PMBOK, Programme Management Standard and Portfolio Management Standard environments, preferred; 

• Experience in client and stakeholders management is required
