Project Manager

A local consulting firm located is looking for a Project Manager according to the following requirements:

Qualifications: 

• BSc Degree in Civil Engineering or construction Management
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in Public Buildings and Vertical Structure Projects.
• Min 7 years previous Experience as a Construction Project Manager for public Buildings and Vertical Structure Projects.( in the stages of structure   and finishing Works )
• Strong Knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
• Wide knowledge of Construction products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
• Strong analytical skills, and reporting, follow up, budget control. etc.
• Strong Knowledge of contracts documents, drawings and specifications is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with all levels and functions within the Project Team. 
• Good client and stakeholder relationship building skills.
• Very good command of English Language.
• Valid Membership  in the Engineering Association –Jerusalem Branch
• Previous Experience with international Donors and organizations is an asset.
