Advanced University Degree in Civil Engineering, Project management, business administration or other relevant discipline.

• University Degree (bachelor’s degree / first level) with a combination of 2 additional years of relevant professional experience  in Civil Engineering, or other relevant discipline, may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.

Certification:

Certification in project management (Prince 2, PMI,..etc) is an asset.

Experience:

• Five years (or more based on academic credentials) of progressive experience in infrastructure, construction development and management, with focus on infrastructure planning, monitoring, reporting, development and coordination in either public or private sector organizations.

• Experience in managing infrastructure projects in the West Bank is an advantage.

• Experience with an international organization and/or UN agencies is an asset.

Language Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Arabic written and oral is essential.
