Project Manager

Position Overview: Sabeel is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join
our team in Jerusalem. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large
scale projects, excellent command of English and Arabic, and an understanding of the unique
cultural and social landscape of Jerusalem. Hebrew proficiency and a valid driving license are
considered advantages.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage large-scale projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project plans, set timelines, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders and team members to ensure effective project
execution.
• Utilize project management programs and tools to track project progress and
performance.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and compliance.
• Advocate for project needs and objectives within multicultural and diverse
environments.
• Adapt to flexible working hours to meet project demands.
• Writing reports

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Jerusalem ID holder.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic; Hebrew is a plus.
• In-depth understanding of the Jerusalem context and its unique dynamics.
• Proven experience in managing large projects.
• Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
• Valid driving license is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of advocacy principles and practices.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse cultural groups.
