CYEE Background
The Palestinian Charity for Youth Economic Empowerment (CYEE) was established in 2017 to shape a future where young Palestinians can develop personally and professionally without barriers. CYEE supports youth from marginalized communities, focusing on gender equality, by providing tools and opportunities for social and economic success. Emphasizing sustainability, CYEE empowers rural Community-Based Organizations with capacity building to address local challenges. From rural villages to refugee camps, CYEE's projects foster positive development in Palestinian society. Utilizing years of experience, CYEE leads innovative responses to the challenges faced by youth, promoting community engagement, economic empowerment, research, and advocacy for a brighter future in the West Bank, Gaza, and Jerusalem.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the holistic management of project endeavors, including strategic planning and comprehensive reporting.
- Conduct routine field visits to evaluate the execution of diverse initiatives and activities.
- Demonstrate proficiency in guiding, energizing, and empowering team constituents.
- Cultivate and fortify robust relations with partner entities and institutions.
- Provide insights for the formulation of Monitoring and Evaluation M&E frameworks and indicator monitoring strategies, alongside developing supplementary M&E instruments for monitoring project advancement as needed.
- Ability to write success stories and demonstrate proficiency in documentation skills.

Qualifications
- Completed Education Degree (in International Relations, Political Science, Business Administration, Development Studies, or a related discipline).
- Proficient in both written and spoken Arabic and English languages with exceptional communication abilities.
- Possess 4 years of project management background within a Palestinian or international Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) context.
- Demonstrated prior involvement in project cycle oversight, covering phases of development, execution, and monitoring.
- Display excellent proficiency in computer skills.
