Project Manager

APCO/ArCon, a Prime Contractor located in Ramallah is seeking the following positions for Water infrastructure projects Reservoirs, Water Networks, Pump Stations and Waste Water:

-BS Degree or higher in Civil Engineering.
-15 years of experience. At least 2 years of the experience shall be in developing countries with infrastructure needs and programs similar to those of the west bank /Gaza
-Thorough knowledge of construction management, estimating techniques, project planning and cost control systems.

Requirements for all vacancies:
-Relevant project experience funded with USAID or other international organizations.
-Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic
