Job Title: Project Manager- PITA Employability Program
Location: Ramallah

The Palestinian IT Association of companies “PITA” is looking for a Project Manager for its Employability Program

Main duties and responsibilities include but not limited to
Designing the project’s phases and all related details
Building a strong an sustainable relationship with the education sector in Palestine
Supporting the work of Academia-Industry partnership
Identifying the matrix of priority areas for training and development activities for students and graduates that can cover the gap between market needs and their skills
Finding out the best service providers to Implement technical and soft skills training courses
Following up with the Human Resources Consultant for the fresh graduates’ selection and matching process.
Designing and implementing internship programs in local and international IT companies
Supporting and securing the long term placement of graduates within companies.
Reporting to the Executive Director

Qualifications:
Bachelor in Business Administration or any other relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of proven track record in a similar position.
Experience in project management. Past experience in job placements and human capital development is plus.
High proficiency in both English and Arabic writing.
Ability to effectively communicate to a wide audience.
Excellent Presentation and communications skills.
Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions and attention to details.
Committed to quality
