Project Officer

Relief International (RI) will be implementing a humanitarian response project in the Gaza Strip
that will include distribution of various commodities among poor families in the Strip. The duration
of the project is 4 months. RI is looking to fill the following position:

 Project Officer: Gaza
Relief International is looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for a humanitarian distribution project in the Gaza Strip.

The Project Officer will have the below responsibilities:
1-Oversee the daily project activities
2-Oversee the project's Field Coordinators and ensure timely distribution of commodities
3-Prepare weekly reports to the Gaza Director

The candidate should have the following qualifications and experience;
-Bachelor's degree in a related field
-Previous experience in working with an international humanitarian organization on a large-scale relief distribution
-Experience working on a USAID project is preferred
-Excellent project management skills
-Excellent reporting skills
-Fluent in written and spoken English
