The Palestine Children’s Relief Fund Cooperate with the Catholic Relief Service is seeking for Project Officer in West Bank, Following the description of the position:

Job Title:Project Officer Palliative Care
Location:implemented in Bethlehem and Hebron area
Reports to:Palliative Care Program Director
Job Type:Full time
Starting date: ASAP

General Description
The Project Officer is responsible for ensuring that the objectives of the program are met, including but not limited to providing advices to PCRF Management on the day to day management of the project..

Responsibilities
- Coordinating with all project personnel meet the aims and the objectives
- Working with other stakeholders including MOH and Non MOH partners
- Overseeing the smooth implementation of the project components including but not limited to:
- Planning: including activity Planning, Sequencing and Resource Planning
- Time Estimating
- Cost Estimating
- Oversight of billing and supporting documents
- Assisting with the development of program budgets as needed
- Documentation and reporting
- Creating Charts and Schedules
- Risk Analysis: including Managing Risks and Issues
- Monitoring and Reporting Progress
- Team Leadership
- Strategic Influencing
- Working with Vendors and subcontractors as needed
- Assuring quality implementation and following the donors' requirements
- Drafting financial and narrative reports.
- Facilitating meetings and discussions.
- updating all stakeholders

Minimum Skill Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing health related project such as palliative care
- Fluency in Word/Excel
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems
